The date of my Summer Workshop has now been confirmed as Sunday 9th July, 10am to 4pm at Stockleigh Pomeroy Village Hall.

This all day workshop includes homemade treats and a shared vegetarian lunch. Places are £30 for students enrolled in classes, £35 for non enrolled. Places are limited and the summer workshop tends to be extremely popular so do get in touch if you would like to find out more vivien@yogaforlife.org.uk
